I would post a picture of their menus, but because the food is prepared seasonally to use the freshest local fish, fruit and produce you would have to check out their website for that. The speciality among Chef Josue is definitely his dessert. He makes anything your heart desires!
FYI: They actually grow much of their own produce. They have a farm on Roatan located at Brasil Hill, and they now grow and roast our own coffee beans. #CoffeeLoversUnite
Their bar offers a good selection of wine and champagne. So for all of you wine-o’s and champagne’ies you will have something to sip on as well.
